I emailed them on the Sunday and at 8:20am on the Monday I received a call from Tom saying that he would have his roofers attend that morning (and he nudged us up the priority list). They did attend 930 that morning, identified and fixed the leak. Within a couple of hours it started to rain heavily, however our roof was again watertight – ceiling saved! Thank you!”
